Where do I pick up the uniform I ordered?

All pickup must be scheduled ahead of time using the link that was emailed to you notifying that the ordered items were ready for pickup. Unless explicitly stated, all pickups will take place at the red trailers on the school property. The entrance to the trailers is located on side of the school building at RAE Street. Please have your order number handy.

Where is my order number?

Your order number is located in the order confirmation email sent immediately after you completed your online order. It will be labeled “Order #“. Please check the email you provided when you completed the checked out process.

I didn’t get an email to pick up my items. What do I do?

  • If it has been less than 48 hours since you ordered the items through this site, we are probably still fulfilling the orders. You will be sent an email once fulfillment is complete.
  • If it has been more than 48 hours, please check your inbox of the email address you provided when ordering . You still can’t find it in the inbox, please check your Junk Mail or Spam folders. Sometimes important emails end up in there. Open it up and click on the link to schedule a pick up date and time.
  • If you still didn’t see it, please contacts us and provide your order number and we will resend the email to the address listed on the order.

How do I wash the uniform?

Just follow the washing directions on the clothing tag and you should have no problem. The school logo on the polo shirts will not get damaged as long as you follow the cleaning directions on the clothing tag.
